Polizzotto Development provides Development Advisory and Management Services to clients with projects throughout the country. With a focus on oversight of the design and engineering team during preconstruction, construction contract negotiation and buyout, and fiduciary oversight on the equity outlays by ownership, Polizzotto Development provides expert advisory services to the largest and most active global private real estate equity firms by guiding the project team from idea conception to final delivery and beyond. In addition to advisory services, Polizzotto Development possesses the capability and experience to provide fee development management services for ownership as a manager and controller of the development process.

Through our seamless integration into our clients’ teams, Polizzotto Development serves as an expert manager or liaison and single point of contact for the architect/engineer design team and general contractor back to ownership. Acting as an extension of the ownership team, we represent our clients and their voices at key meetings, advocating on their behalf to protect their project goals and interests.

Our Development Advisory and Management Services begin with the end in mind, culminating with transitioning the project from Substantial Completion into marketing and leasing, acting as a conduit between the various teams.
